What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your next box at any time. If you cancel after your card has been charged but before you receive your box, you will still receive the box. You can also skip your next shipment without needing to cancel.

What will I receive in each box?

Whatever you choose to receive! We are always adding new and exciting products to choose from to check in regularly!

How do I change the quantity or remove products from my upcoming order?

  1. Log into your account by clicking on Manage Your Subscription
  2. Near the bottom click on View Details
  3. Click Products in Your Subscription
  4. Click Edit Quantity on the right hand side

Enter new quantity (or zero) and click Save Changes.

How do I add a new product to my upcoming order?

To add a new product to an upcoming order:

  1. Log into your account by clicking on Manage Your Subscription
  2. Continue to shop as normal in the Shop drop down tab
  3. Click on the product you would like to add to open the individual product page
  4. Select quantity desired and click Add to Existing Subscription
  5. You will be prompted to choose a shipping speed for the entire updated order.

What if I only want one box?

That’s fine! Before you check out, select “One-time purchase”. You will be charged only one time and will not be subscribed to ongoing payments.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, prices are based on your location and appear once you enter your address in the check out page.

How does shipping work?

Prices are based on your location and appear once you enter your address in the check out page.
USA: Shipping takes between 3 and 4 business days to the contiguous US depending on the type of shipping cost that you select. Add 2 to 4 days for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO’s.
Canada: Shipping takes between 4 and 7 business days.
Rest of the world: Shipments take between 1 and 3 weeks depending on your local country’s processing times.

Can I replace items that got damaged in transit?

In the unfortunate event that some of your items arrive open or destroyed, send us a picture and we’ll make it up to you! We are always interested in making our packaging more protective so please send us a picture of the entire box with visible damage.

How do I locate my tracking number?

You will receive a tracking number via email when your box has been shipped. Please be sure to check your spam or promotions tabs and add info@chaski-box.com to your contact list.

How do I update my credit card or billing address?

To update your credit card or billing address, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account by click on Manage Your Subscription
  2. Near the bottom click on View Details
  3. Click Payment Information
  4. Click Edit on the right hand side
  5. Enter new payment method and click Save Changes.

What can I do once I log into my account?

If you have a subscription or purchased a gift, you can:

  • See your upcoming shipments
  • Update your shipping address
  • View upcoming payment dates
  • Skip a month in your subscription
  • Cancel your subscription
  • Manage payment info (add / remove / change payment methods on file)
  • View your order history

I’m moving! How do I update my shipping address?

To change your shipping address, please follow the steps below to ensure that your next box is shipped to the correct location:

  1. Log into your account by clicking on Manage Your Subscription
  2. Near the bottom click on View Details
  3. Click the first option, Address and Shipping Information
  4. Click Edit under Shipping Address
  5. Enter new address and click Save Changes.

Once a box has been shipped, the box cannot be rerouted. However, future boxes will be sent to the new address.

How can I skip a month?

If you aren’t ready for your next box yet, you can skip a month. You will not be charged until you are being shipped another box.

  1. Log into your account by clicking on Manage Your Subscription
  2. Near the bottom click on View Details
  3. Click Manage upcoming orders

Click Skip Order on the order you would like to skip

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time but we are sorry to see you go!

  1. Log into your account by clicking on Manage Your Subscription
  2. Near the bottom click on View Details
  3. Click the last option, Cancel Subscription
  4. Confirm that you want to cancel by pressing Cancel Subscription

Can I send a shipment as a gift?

Yes. In the check out page just enter the shipping address of the recipient.

Can I send a custom message on a gift?

Yes! To include a special gift note in the box, just fill in the note field in the cart page.
